Cost shouldn’t be a barrier. We verify your benefits up front and give you clear numbers before you start.


Accepted Insurance


  • In-network: Aetna, Cigna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Blue Shield of California, TriCare, TriWest Health Alliance, and Centerstone
  • Telehealth: Usually covered for California members; we confirm with your plan.


If We’re Out-of-Network for Your Plan

 

Many PPOs reimburse a portion of therapy (often 50–80% after deductible). We make it simple:


  • You pay our rate at time of service.
  • We send a monthly superbill.
  • You submit (we’ll show you how or provide a link to your insurer’s portal).
  • Reimbursement goes directly to you per your plan.
  • HSA/FSA: Accepted.


Rates (Self-Pay)


  • Our standard sessions are $150/hr


Payment methods: Cash, Credit/debit, HSA/FSA, ACH.


Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)


If you don’t use insurance, you’re entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs. We provide this in writing before you begin and anytime you request it.

  • Q: Do you bill insurance for me?

    Yes for in-network. For out-of-network, we send a superbill and step-by-step filing instructions.

  • What will I pay per session with insurance?

    It depends on your copay/coinsurance and whether you’ve met your deductible. We verify and give you the exact amount before your first session.

  • Are telehealth sessions covered?

    Most California plans cover telehealth the same as in-person. We confirm with your plan.

  • Can I use an HSA/FSA card?

    Yes.

  • I don’t want to use insurance—can I self-pay?

    Yes. We’ll provide a Good Faith Estimate and straightforward rates.

  • What if my claim is denied?

    We help you understand the reason code and next steps (resubmission, documentation, or appeal).

We are always adding new insurance companies, if you don't see yours, please reach out. We always verify your benefits before you begin and give you clear numbers—no surprises. If we’re in-network, we’ll bill your plan.


If we’re out-of-network, we’ll provide a superbill and simple steps for reimbursement. HSA/FSA cards are accepted, and self-pay clients receive a Good Faith Estimate.
