A structured, therapist-led group focused on reducing conflict and supporting healthier co-parenting.
High-conflict divorce can place ongoing strain on families, especially when communication breaks down and emotions remain elevated. This six-week group is designed to help parents and caregivers better understand the dynamics of high-conflict divorce and develop practical tools to reduce escalation, comply with court expectations, and support long-term stability for their children.
Facilitated by a licensed therapist, the group emphasizes accountability, emotional regulation, and clear communication—while maintaining a respectful, non-judgmental environment.

Location: The Therapy Innovation, El Cajon, California
Schedule: Classes begin the first Tuesday of select months, based on interest
Available Start Months: February, April, June, August, October
Duration: 6 weeks
Session Length: 1.5 hours per week

This group is intended for parents or caregivers navigating high-conflict divorce or separation who are seeking to reduce conflict and improve co-parenting outcomes. Participation is by registration only, and space is limited to support a focused and productive group environment.
