Divorce Support for Children and Teens in San Diego

Divorce can introduce uncertainty, emotional confusion, and questions that are difficult for children and teens to put into words. This six-week group provides a steady, structured space where participants can begin to understand what is happening around them and develop tools to navigate it with greater confidence.

Led by a licensed therapist, the group focuses on emotional awareness, healthy communication, and age-appropriate coping skills-without pressure to share more than feels comfortable.

 Who This Group Is For

Children (Ages 9–12)

This group is intended for children ages 9–12 whose families are navigating separation or divorce. Participation is by registration only, and space is limited to maintain a supportive group dynamic.

Teens (Ages 13–16)

This group is intended for children ages 13-16 whose families are navigating separation or divorce. Participation is by registration only, and space is limited to maintain a supportive group dynamic.
