Masters of Social Work Practicum Student

Hello! My name is Christine Hackett and I am a graduate student pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of North Dakota. I am seeking to develop clinical experience through an internship at The Therapy Innovation. I hold a master’s degree in education and have extensive experience supporting the aging and individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. I currently work as a Program Director of an Adult Day Healthcare Center servicing individuals living with cognitive impairments, or chronic medical and age-related conditions. My professional background has provided me with a strong foundation in navigating complex systems, advocacy, communication, and person-centered support for vulnerable populations. I enjoy shopping and reviewing historical documents about fraternal organizations in library stacks. I am excited to build clinical skills by learning to support individuals, couples, and families in a supportive environment.
