Associate Social Worker

Hi there! My name is Sydney Hodges, and I am an Associate Social Worker at The Therapy Innovation. I am originally from the Coachella Valley and recently moved to the San Diego area. Outside of work, I enjoy playing survival and simulation video games, cooking, listening to comedy and educational podcasts, and spending time in nature.

Clinical Experience

My clinical experience includes working at a therapy practice in my hometown that provided IOP and PHP levels of care for mental health and eating disorders, as well as experience in a hospice setting. I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, obsessive compulsive disorder and other challenges. As a clinician, I take a humble and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you with clinical insight and tools to help you create meaningful change. My goal is to provide a space where you feel safe, supported, and confident as we work together to reach your goals.
